ILAM is the first to launch an integrated BSc Aviation program in association with Carver Aviation. It is a unique 3 year program to prepare the candidate for future in aviation. Degree course includes all subjects required to qualify for issue of Commercial Pilot License and includes global best practices by international aviation authorities.

  • A formal degree BSc integrated with a CPL as compared to CPL(Commercial Pilot License) is beneficial in equipping a person in terms of aviation skills.

  • Our partners for this course Academy of Carver Aviation Private Limited (ACAPL) is a DGCA Approved Flying School, in operation since 1995.
  • ACAPL is a state-of-the-art flying school established at Baramati, Maharashtra. ACAPL offers courses in Pilot Training and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. It has received ISO9001-2008 certification and is also DGCA (Director General of Civil Aviation, Govt. Of India) approved.
  • Work is in progress for further enhancement to handle heavy aircraft above 5700kgs. A7700 ft tarmac runway with a breadth of 150 feet and orientation of11/29 is used by Academy of Carver Aviation.
  • DGCA approved single engine simulator ATC 610 and multi-engine simulator ATC 810 is housed in the Simulator Room for Instrument Training and Rating. Academy of Carver Aviation prides itself, in giving students flying and maintenance training on ultra-modern Aircraft.
  • They have a fleet of 09 aircraft including Cessna's (152/ 172), CTLS and P68C, which is a mix of single, and multi-engine aircraft. The Cessna 152 & 172 is the most widely used and versatile aircraft in the world for training purpose.

Age:

Minimum age 18 Completion

Medical

  • Class II Medical is to be done by a DGCA (dgca.nic.in) approved medical examiner. The list of DGCA approved medical examiner is available on the at link http://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/c1exam-ind.htm
  • Class I Medical could be obtained in due course of training.

Eligibility

  • 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics *No Percentage Bar*
  • If you don’t have Physics & Mathematics in 10+2, you have an option of passing these two subjects at 10+2 level from National Institute of Open Schooling-NIOS (www.nios.ac.in) on-Demand Exam.

Admission Procedure

The admission process is fairly detailed & followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by ILAM.

Duration

3 years the duration of the course will depend on clearance of DGCA exams.
